Dear Experts,
Validity of approved name is 60 days, and I have to file form 1A two days before expiry of time. My question is that if in these two days company is not incorporated what will be the fate of Form 1 filed.

i m reetika sharma (professional software developer). i have about 5 year exp. in IT field and wants to start my own private ltd.company. my query is that how much cash amount i have to invest to form this co.

Is a email purchase order can be treated as a valid contract

Can a purchase order sent through email without any signatures be treated as a valid contract?

even if other purchase orders sent by same client is duly signed??

Main division of industrial activity (co. incorp form 1)

Dear Experts

Pls help me out regarding the main division of Industrial activity of a proposed Co. to engage in

"manufacturing of all types of bags made of jute, polythene, LDPE, HDPE, etc"
