Dear Experts,
Validity of approved name is 60 days, and I have to file form 1A two days before expiry of time. My question is that if in these two days company is not incorporated what will be the fate of Form 1 filed.

validity of 60 days is from the date of approval of name (which is Form 1A it self).
now you need to file incorporation document.

well then the name approval will expire..you will have to reapply for reservation of name..

If time period expired file firm 1A again along with a letter as attachement.explaining reason for unable to file further documents and request to allot the same name which was approved before...u will get one more 60 days once it approved..do file relevant docs duly
