Can please let me know, whether the Company law is applicable to the companies incorporated before April 2014, i.e. for example the form regarding the director contribution is to be filed for share capital contribution etc...

Or can you list out the compliances to be done by the Companies incorporated before and after April, 2014.

A Company wants to increase its authorised capital from Rs. 1 lac to Rs.2 lacs. What is the procedure for the same under companies act, 2013. Further company wants to increase its subscribed capital by issuing further shares. What is the procedure fir the same.Also give resolutions.

As per Companies Act, 2013:- There is a restriction on accepting the unsecured loans from relatives of directors and members.

As per Companies Act, 2013, director can give loan to the company with this declaration that loan given is out of the own capital and are not borrowed funds.

It means that, if you require loan from 100 relatives, would it mean that 100 relatives of the directors should be appointed as directors. How this is possible? Number of directors will increase immediately. Resolution will have to be passed.
