Inter Coporate Loan Resolution

Dear all,

Can anybody share the Resolution for the Intercorporate Loan from Public Co. to Private Co. and with the Point of Conversion of Loan into Equity if Company is not able to repay the amount on demand by the Company in future.

Authorization Letter/ Resolution by HUF

Hello Sir,
If HUF purchases any property on lease than what legal formalities it has to fulfill, is it same as of company. Do HUF has to pass any resolution or just authorization letter is sufficient to further deal .

While calculating the threshold limit of borrowings by a company, the temporary loans are excluded. My query is whether Trade credit, Stand by letter of credit, Overdraft and bank guarantees forms part of the term Temporary loans?

POWER OF ATTORNEY - STAMP PAPER AND NOTARISATION

In case of a power of attorney is being issued by an individual to the company's Resolution Professional for selling the property, we had purchased the stamp paper in the name of the individual but that person stays in another state but the property is in Mumbai. So what does the rule say for notarisation? Do we have to notarise the document in Mumbai ?
