CAG has appointed statutory auditor for Govt PSU on 26.08.2022, but the communication received on 26.09.2022 for PSU and company sent letter to Auditor and obtain Consent on 19.10.2022. In this situation while filing ADT-1 Shall I mention Date of Appointment as 26.08.2022 or 26.09.022 (date of Communication received by PSU) what date should I required to mention in ADT-1 Filing Please clarify?

In 2019 we changed object of company and we received the certificate of object change from mca. And our CIN was changed during the process and new CIN is mentioned on the certificate of object change.

How can we get new updated COI ( which has the new CIN mentioned ) ?

I was trying to file CHG 1 on mca V3 portal. after uploading i wanted to check the amount hence i proceeded with payment option. Then i logged out as the cc limit was not enough. After some time i again logged in after having the details of credit card. But this time i got the error saying the "payment is restricted so can proceed only after 4 hrs".

Can anyone advise why this is happening? Is there any limit to view the payment process?

I have wrongly put email id and mobile of a director while registration of a new company. Now I can not create user id of that director. Please help me because MCA help desk did not resolve my Complaint raised more than 15 days.
