I am facing issues while filling ROC Forms as detailed under:
a. After uploading duly certified form, payment transaction is getting failed. I have tried to make payment 5 times since last 3 days.
b. I want to add role to V3 login account as registered professional with ICAI however, every time error pop up as "This is a service error"

Have raised a ticket with helpdesk but no solution received till date.

Any possible solutions for the above issues?? Have tried in incognito mode, cleared the cookies but all in vain.

In case of Provisions of section 138 was applicable to a private limited company, accordingly internal auditor was liable to be appointed. Who can be eligible to be appointed as an internal auditor. Whether any qualification such as CA or CWA is required or a graduate having sufficient experience can be appointed as an internal auditor. Please provide clarity?

While filing NDH 3, it shows an error that value is not as per the last NDhH 3 filed whereas all the details are matched with last form filed.

My question is that the pledging of shares mainly (optionally convertible debentures) can be done by the borrowing company to the lending company(who gave the loan), if yes, is 100% pledging is necessary?

till 20a is not filed, only annual forms, charge related fill Form SH-7, MGT-14, charge related forms or any annual filling forms cant be filed.

While submitting Form NDH-3, it shows Error Message as " Value is not matching with the Value in last NDH-3 filed. please enter a valid number". The form is filled with Correct Values as per last filed NDH-3, still the issue persists. we have been rechecked and refilled with fresh forms too. anyone facing the same issue?

I want to know whether a person can hold the position of managing director in more than one company at the same time. If any person currently holding such position, whether it will attract any penal provision?

Role change of one director is not happening under V3 login of MCA portal. It displays error report as 'Service Error' after entering one time password received in mobile. Since this is not getting updated, while uploading INC 9 form for company incorporation which needs to be digitally signed by all directors, it shows DSC of the specified director is not registered. Thus we are unable to upload the form. We had registered grievance with MCA. But there was no accurate response on this. Can anyone please suggest any remedy.
