(1) WHETHER DPT 3 NEED TO BE FILE IF THEIR IS NO CHANGE IN ANY LOAN TRANSACTION DURING THE PERIOD (OPENING = CLOSING) ?
(2) SUPPOSE IF THEIR IS NO LOAN THEN ALSO DPT- 3 NEED TO FILE ?

√ Whether Company is having loan in Books as on 31st March
√ Whether Company is having any advance from customer in books as on 31st March
√ Whether Company is having any deposit in books as on 31st March
If any of the above condition is fulfilled by the Company. Such Company is required to file e-form DPT-3 for that financial year.
In case the company have no outstanding balance of deposits or exempted deposits as at 31st March of every financial year, the requirement of filing Form DPT-3 is not mandatory
