What is maximum time limit for holding Share application money pending for allotment for private companies as per companies act,2013 in Schedule III Balance sheet?

Company wants to discard its assets on 31.03.2016. Whether depreciation is allowed for whole year in this case or not?

Can a director of a private limited company in India become director of another private limited company in India, carrying on the same business? If yes, then what is the procedure for the same?

I am doing audit of company.
I had found that
company has taken two car on loan and given to his employees for their business purpose in September 2015.
till today company has not created index of charge.

whether Company have to register a index Charge?
As an auditor Shall I have to make any comment in my report?

SIR, WHETHER THE CLAUSE OF 5% RESIDUAL VALUE OF ORIGINAL COST IS IN FORCE OR NOT ? AND WHETHER EXTRA SHIFT DEPRECIATION WILL BE CHARGED OR NOT ?

Can I furnish bank statement as current address in INC 7
and passport with the old address as Permanent address in inc 7 and DIR 12 . WILL MCA ACCEPT THE SAME.

In Inc 7 address proof requires only 4 doc

But one of my client have got
passport , will it be suffice the requirement

I have two queries related to unsecured Loan in private limited company.
1. Is there any Limit related to maximum amount of unsecured Loan from its Director & relative.

2. Can Pvt. Ltd. company accept Loan from its Shareholder's Also.

Actually I need resolution to change Aoa subscription sheet as there is mistake in details of directors. Eg.therer name, address only photos are correct and other details are wrong director now found the mistake.and need to change Aoa signature sheet.please guide me procedures also?
