In case of change in registered office of the company within state.
1. Is change in MOA is required?
2. If yes, whole MOA is required to be change (new MOA is required)?
3. If answer to question is NO. Then how can we change/alter a particular clause in MOA containing address?

I am confused whether we need to attached Form No. 3CA and Form No. 3 CD to AOC-4 and if not if there are some negative observation in Form 3 CD , but no qualification in Auditor report , how to dealt with.

Can a Pvt. Ltd company held all its Board Meeting at any place in India . In my case Registered Office of the Company is in Pune , but now Directors are living in gurgaon , Nodia. can all Board meeting held in Noida and only AGM held in Pune.

In fy 2013-14 when as per the companies act 2013 all the pvt ltd companies were restricted to borrow funds from outside, son of the director of a pvt ltd company became a share holder of the company and after that the said pvt ltd company borrowed funds from the said share holder.
