What are the reasons of vacancy arising in the office of Auditor other than casual vacancy or retirement in AGM ? Is there any third alternative ?

Death is covered under Casual Vacancy itself. Disqualification seems to be the another alternative. Thank you.

Disqualification is also covered in Casual Vacancy. Death, Disqualification, Resignation etc all are the reasons for arising 'Casual Vacancy'.
