Please let me know if the employees in an organisation can be designated as "Director", "Executive Director", "Director- Operations", "Director- Finance". Also kindly let me know which section of Companies Act to refer to.

A privated limited company not carrying any business activity has let out its building on rent. If the company is liable to provide depriciation under companies act or not, because under income tax the rent will be assessed under income from house property and against this head no claim for the depriciation will be admissible. But due to providing depriciation under companies act the value of the property will be depriciating every year.

Also guide in either of the situation if any provision for the deferred tax / liability is to be provided.

2.Whether a NRI Director of a Pvt.Ltd.co. be paid remunertion in Indian currency without obtaining any permission from RBI or Central Government for the services rendered outside.

a Pvt.LTD co. whose business as per MOA is to hire and purchase assets it makes a transaction in the comodity market in the nature of intra day transaction and makes profit therefrom and disclosed it as other income in their P/L Ac.
it is to be noted that no approval yet has been taken ofthe BOD but that will be obtained.

plz guide whether the transaction is valid and whether the treatment thereon done is valid or not
