05 June 2008 I had recently incorporated a company.. but its been 2 months now tat the bank account hasnt opened.. wat r the implication of the same.

What is the process for appointing a auditor.

07 June 2008 Call for a meeting of the Directors, and get the Directors to pass resolutions for opening bank account, appointing the auditor and allotment of shares. After the resolution, issue the shares.
