Can a director be appointed directly as a Director without being appointed as an Additional Director in a private Company if yes please do provide under which section

Hi, me and my friend have started a website. We have registered the domain name and the hosting account. If we mention copyrights reserved at the bottom of the website, does it mean that we have the copyrights for this website. If not do we need to be a partnership firm or company to register copyrights.

Also I guess we need to be a partnership firm or a company to sell this website to someother company. So how much will it cost to start a partnership firm in india and what are the rules attached with it

Please inform me whether TDS should be deducted from sitting fees paid to directors?

Can a private company take any loan/advances from another private company?The business of the above both the companies are not lending or borrowing. Both are independent company & not related in any way. What are the other implecations if any private companies take loans from the outsider?
