Dear Sir,
In a private limired company can we change the main object and what are the maximum number of main objects that a company have in its MOA.
Can main object of the company have multiple activities?
Please suggest me what should i do together with the relevent sections applicable.

A company can have multiple activities but the objects should not contrst each other.
For eg. Construction company - can deal in buying and selling of buildings, construction of buildings, interior decoration, supply of materials like marbles etc.,
For eg. Delaing in computers - selling of computers, softwares, spares, AMC and servicing, etc.,
NOt possible. : Real estate and finance business.
Not possible : Manufacturing unit and dealing as Authorised dealer under foreign exchange.
The relvent section applicable are Section 14 of the act which suggests the model of table b, c.
