27 April 2009 could any one please tell me what is process of using the option available on MCA site regarding transfer deed . This option is available only after login into the site in services

28 April 2009 You are required to login into the MCA portal regarding transfer deed.U hav to get urself register.on the MCA homepage u will find on the right hand side the column of new registration. Make sure u r opening account under category of Registered User. The steps to make payment for transfer deeds are as follows:
1. Click on the Transfer Deed link under the services category.
2. Enter the CIN, number of deeds being transferred, and Share Certificates Numbers and press the submit button.
3. System will automatically calculate the fee for the service and will display it.
4. To make payment for the service, click on the Pay Fee button.
5. On the payment screen, Select desired Payment mode for making payment of fee You will be provided a Service Request Number (SRN) from the system.
