pl clarify the foll doubt relating to registeration of digital signature with ROC ie ROLL CHECK.

When I enter the details of my client for roll check of digital signature, an error flashes saying " details filled must match with the application". But the application for the above has been done by the bankers long back. i do not have ny copy of the application. Hw shd i proceed???

One of my Indian Director residing at USA. My query is how can we apply DIN.

The supporting documents we received from his USA Passport copy and Driving Licence of USA.

As per our talks with Company Secretary, Form DIN-1 should be filled and affix photocopy of Director and endorse signature on the form.

And all the Forms (DIN-1), Passport USA, Driving licence USA should be attested with Indian Embassy where the Director is residing in USA.

But my Director who cannot make expensive time or take expensive time to get attestation with Indian Embassy consulate. His willing is to take or Notarised with US Solicitors for Attestation purpose.

Is it enough to take Notary with Foreign Solicitors?

Or Compulsory Attestation should be taken with Indian Embassy or Consulate.

Please clarify me.

Can a Right to receive bonus shares be waived by any of the existing shareholder (Holding Company) in case of unlisted public company.

Can the Articles of a company be amended to give effect to waiver of bonus shares.

Dear Experts,

As I understand, filing of charge with ROC under Form 8 has to be done within 30 days of creation of such charge. Please explain if the day of charge creation is included in computation of 30 days. For e.g. if the charge was created on 30 March, would the last day for Form 8 filing be 28 May or 29 May?
