1. One MD
2. One JMD
3. 2 Whole time DIrector
4. 5 other directors

How many are liable to retire by rotation and how many will actually retire at AGM

Whether MD, JMD,Whole time Director taken in calculating 2/3

02 June 2009 total 2/3 are liable i.e. 6 (9*2/3)directors out of which 1/3 will actually retire i.e. 2(6*1/3).

In case of MD, WTD it depends on terms of appointment and articles whether they are liable to be reire by rotation.
