applicants name and his fathers name does not have lastnames. please clarify me whether seperate affidavits ( i.e. affidavits in two stamp papers, one for applicants last name and another for applicants father's last name ) are required or only one affidavit is enough( for both applicants and his fathers last name ) ?

If i want to revise form 23B which is already filied with the ROC then what the the procedure to revise it.I have checked from ROC site but did not got the any form which is strictly meant for alteration.Please suggest.

a private company was incorporated in 1996.DIN-3 was not filed sofar. Now a director had retired and a new director was appointed. Whether we need to file DIN-3 and then again file form 32 or is it ok if we file only form 32 now ?

My query is-if in a private company there are 2 subscribers to MOA and both are NRIs, the Company has filed its first balance sheet and the MCA portal is showing the paid up capital mentioned in the balance sheet in the Company's master data, Now the company has realised that both subscribers being NRIs can hold upto certain amount of nominal value of shares under the general permission of RBI, the Company has now allotted the remaining shares to an Indian, for such allotment whether the Company is required to file form 2 or not as this is an allotment to the person other than the subscribers.
