Can u tell me that whether there is any time limit for issue of share certificate after receiving share application money in private company?

12 December 2009 Actualy there is no time limit for issue of share certificate after receving money but yes share certificate is to be issued within 3 months of allotment.

But as per Listing agreement shares have to be alloted within 1 year of receiot of money.
