what is the normal time limit for filing ROC annual return( form 20B, 23ACA & 23AC)

The shares in new Company is subscribed by foreigner, majority of shares subscribe by him and other two subscribers are Indian and they are director, remaining shares subscribed by director.So witness who has signed the MOA is Indian professional. I have doubt whether Indian professional can sign for all subscriber or not.

If a Pvt Ltd company having 3 directors held's a Board meeting & only 1 director is present, Due to that the meeting was agjourned on the same day, time, place in the next week & again in the ajourned meeting only 1 director is present then can the meting be held or not ?

if son of a Director is appointed at a salary of more than Rs. 21000 per month, will provisions of Place of profit apply?

Mr. A, is the Managing Director and Mr.B and Mr. C are the Directors of XYZ Private Ltd. Mr. A, wants to resign from the company and Mr. B would like to continue as Managing Director. But Mr.A and Mr.B only are having DSC. Mr.C is not having DSC. How can I File Form 32? An attachment requires Evidence of Cessation, is there any specimen for that?

when we redeem preference share, an amount equal to the nominal value of shares is transferred from profits or general reserve to Capital reserve. Why is it doing so? but during redemption of debentures , the amount equal is transferred to only general reserve, not to capital reserve?
