25 March 2010 Dear Ankur & Dear Experts,

I am in process of incorporating company called Wholly Owned Subsidiary for Foreign Company.Foreign Company A and Foreign Company B are intial subscribers.I wanted your veiws can Foreign Company namely A and B can sign the subscribers sheet through person who is here in India or not.

25 March 2010 Both the foreign companies can through their duly appointed authorised persons become the subscribers to a company.

However, I also understand that the company will not be a WOS since foreign company A and B are both subscribing to the shares of the company. If the company to be formed has to be a WOS, then authorised persons from only one of the foreign companies should be subscribing to the shares of the company.
