Rate of Stamp duty on Employers agreement

I need to prepare an Agreement for appointment of managing director.

as it is required to execute on Indian non judicial stamp paper, what is the rate of stam duty?
i mean how much amount of stamp paper is needed?
And where in the Indian Stamp Act, mentioned it?

25 March 2010 In my view, it is not required to have the agreement on a stamp paper. However, if it is on stamp paper, then stamp paper of Rs100 will do.
