THERE ARE TWO DIRECTORS ON THE BOARD OF PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY OUT OF WHICH ONE DIRECTOR DIED ON 11.12.2017. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO FILL THE CASUAL VACANCY?

In pvt ltd Co. with only 2 directors, both of them disqualified for non filing of annual accounts for 3 years. But the company's name is in "Active" status. As the directors are old, they are not keen on removal of disqualification. But how to file form STK 2 for striking off company's name?

While filling MGT 7 For a small company the form is asking for the digital signature of a company secretary by filing his details .as per law this is not required..how can one solve this .
can we give some number like000000 and put DSC of director in this place

Dear Sir/Madam,

One of my client wants to change name of the company but one of the subscriber (and also director) to memorandum resigned and new director appointed, old director shares were transferred to new director.
Now, The question is while filing INC-24 Attachments are altered MOA, AOA. in altered MOA, AOA whether i need to change subscribers details and put new directors details. Is it proper to include new directors details in altered MOA, AOA ?

if director disqualified under non filling of return in one company then is he vacate office of other company also or he can continue and singe balance sheet also....???

I heard that for winding up of a company and striking off the name from records of registrar we need to file STK-2. Can you please help me to know the date limits of filing STK-2 if any?

I have uploaded spice 32 , 33 , 34 and supporting documents in e upload tab, after that systems shows message you have to upload form 49A and 49B., but not able to trace in MCA site. after that I have checked on google is it shows after 4th Nov 17 it is not required to upload singned 49A and 49B.

Any one Pls Clarify whether a nominee Director can hold regular directorship under same company ? means two Directorship under same company. If can hold, kindly provide under which sec of companies act 2013, its is stated.
