16 December 2017 Can a company covered under section 135 of Companies Act 2013 can make CSR Expenditure through a trust which has track record of undertaking activities as specified in schedule VII for more than three years in which two directors of the company are also trustees of this trust.
Can it make CSR Expenditure through that Trust?
Will it fall under Related Party Transactions.?
Any other compliance is required to be done by the company?

18 December 2017 A Trust promoted by the Company can be controlled by the Company. There is no requirement of having Independent management or Directors in such Trust , i.e. the Director or his relatives can be the Trustees in such Trusts
