I;m now a director for a company. i have 1% share and Another director has 99% share . i want resign . what are the process i have to follow?
+ Obtain acknowledgement of the above from company.
+ Take digital signature.
+ e-file form DIR 11 attaching therewith resignation letter, proof of despatch and
proof of acknowledgement.

My all DIN documents with a company secretory like DIN, My PAN Card, Adhaar Card, Photo every thing with him. sir my question here, Is there any option he will make another company using my documents...
I made cross verify on him some people said some he will do like that, he is not receiving my call now
