My company has issued shares to foreign VCs and NRIs. I want to know the format for reporting in advance reporting form and Form FC-GPR. Also, there are 4 investors, so do we need to fill advance reporting form for each of the parties separately or a combined form can be filed.

My question is Can Nominee Directors required to provide disclosure in Form MBP-1 under section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013??

and whether Government company required to pass resolution and file the same with ROC??

Mr.A is forming an LLP with 3 other partners. Now the arrangement is such that Mr.A would get in the entire capital in the LLP and wants to give stake to the other partners for their work in the firm. How can i structure the LLP deed to reflect this. Which are the possible ways can it be done?
