Dear all here is a private limited company.
the company wants to change the name & objects of the company.

So I want to know whether both can be changed at same time .
Further Special resolution has to be passed , whether a 2 separate resolution can be passed in a single EGM.

And send me the full process of change in name & object. like how to take govt. approval in Form 1B etc................

Sir, I Would Like to know whether there is any restriction on inter corporate business transactions such as sale/ purchase between related parties companies.
I know requirements for inter-corporate debts and investments. I was only interested in inter-corporate normal business transactions between related parties of any amount.
