I want to file form FC-GPR of my Company with RBI. the Inward Remittance Intimation is filed with Authorised Dealer.
Is there any change in Certificate of CA regarding valuation of Shares; pls provide me reference of RBI Circular.
We have not received Unique Identification Number from RBI since 1 month from filing of Inward remittance . Is It possible to file Form FC-GPR without that Unique Identification Number?

No there is no change in such certificate. You have to submit a certificate from the CA justifying the change in value of shares issued to indian shareholders and NRIs.
You have to send a copy of FIRC with Form FCGPR. You can forward it to your Authorised Bank for submission without filling it.
