I have to appoint a regular director in EGM. So please guide me with the relevant section and type of resolution to be passed in both board meeting and EGM. Required ASAP

Please Provide me Main Object For Infrastructural Development Company

The Company has created charge on its Current Assets with one bank. Now the company is created charge on all the current assets with another bank without obtaining NOC from the first charge holder.

What will be status and stand of the new charge holder who is not aware of the fact

It has been provided in Sec 295 that specified contracts with specified persons mentioned in this section would need the special permission of Board of Directors.This section is applicable both to private and public companies.transcations with a private co in which director of the company is director will come under the purview of this section as the director is a specified person. My question is if X Pvt Ltd is going to enter a contarct with a Public Limited Co where one of its director hold the postion as director. Whether this section will applicable in thsi case?

Is there any way to find out whether DIN 4 has been filed for a director.
bacause by using,
DIN -PAN details link available in MCA website we get the following reply:

"Income tax PAN does not exist in the DIN database in respect of the DIN entered. Please file Form DIN- 4 and update the Income tax PAN details.In case Form DIN- 4 has already been filed kindly wait till the same is approved".

Whether employees working in a Government Company on Contract basis for a period of 3 years (continuous service) is eligible for provident fund benefit? Kindly note that, the there is employer –employee relationship exists and the company is having a staff strength of more than 1500 staffs.

I have read that, it is a statutory requirement to cover the employees under PF scheme who draws a salary of less than Rs.6501 per month.

What is the position of the DIRECT employees working on CONTRACT BASIS who draws a salary of more than Rs.6500, regarding the eligibility of PF benefits? Is there any statutory violation, if the company does not cover these employees under PF scheme?

Ours is an Unlisted Private Limited Company. Now we are issuing share certificates whether we need to pay any stamp duty on issue of share certificates or we can affix a revenue stamp on that.How much amount revenue stamp do we need to affix on it.
Please clarify my doubt. Very urgent.
