Revival of company which is under process of striking off

22 December 2011 A company is not in operation since 2006 and has not filed any accounts/annual return/DIN3 since 2006. The MCA portal is showing status of the Company as " Under process of striking off". Now the directors of the company want to revive the company and file all pending forms. While filing application to ROC in Form 61 for making the status as 'ACTIVE', the MCA portal is not accepting the same saying only companies with 'DORMANT' status can apply in Form 61. How to proceed in this matter.

23 December 2011 Please seek , as you know, section 560(6)of the Companies Act,1956 as and when the status becomes 'strike off'.
