First auditors are not appointed within 30days from the incorporation or registration of the company. also not appointed in first agm. so within how many days next agm should be held or appointment should be done.?? urgent. pls reply and help.

A Pvt Ltd was formed at the time when Bihar and Jharkhand were not separated. after separation the registered office came under Jharkhand but falling under Bihar ROC.
Now the Company wants to change its jurisdiction from Bihar ROC to Jharkhand ROC.
Kindly tell me the complete procedure for the same.

Company has taken term loan and extended CC limit. Bank has given two separate form 8,one with memorandum of entry and other along with extention of equitable mortgage.
Both form 8 contains total value of loan(tem loan +Cc.
Is it correct bcoz i feel filing of both means creating double charge for same amount??

I want to change address of directors of a Pvt Ltd. Company. The address actually belongs to some other person. So the name on the address proof is say Mr.X. And say the name of directors are Mr.A & Mr.B. Now, can I attach the address proof of the property and NOC to that effect from Mr.X and upload DIN-4?

The thing I'm concerned with is that these days Forms get approved automatically(through STP). Had it gone through the back office process, it isn't any worry as it can be easily rejected...

One CA firm has resign herself from statutory auditor of the private limited company due to lack of time given by the company to complete the audit as per their resignation letter.
Now that client approaches my firm for being statutory auditor of that company.
Can I take the audit of that pvt. ltd. company according to law.
If yes, what is the procedure for the same.
