First auditors are not appointed within 30days from the incorporation or registration of the company. also not appointed in first agm. so within how many days next agm should be held or appointment should be done.?? urgent. pls reply and help.

Then, the CG will have the power to appoint the auditor to fill the vacancy.

Yes. Sec 224(3) does not differentiate companies. Refer that section for details.

A Board Meeting to to be held within 30 days of Incorporation of Company and threin Appointment of Auditor is made.
Within 7 days thereafter, auditor should be intimated to this.
RD means Regional Director.
Within 7 days thereafter, auditor should be intimated to this.
