12 April 2012 First auditors are not appointed within 30days from the incorporation or registration of the company. also not appointed in first agm. so within how many days next agm should be held or appointment should be done.?? urgent. pls reply and help.

12 April 2012 Yes. Sec 224(3) does not differentiate companies. Refer that section for details.
However, CG delegated that powers to RDs.

13 April 2012 A Board Meeting to to be held within 30 days of Incorporation of Company and threin Appointment of Auditor is made.

Within 7 days thereafter, auditor should be intimated to this.

RD means Regional Director.
