12 April 2012 A Pvt Ltd was formed at the time when Bihar and Jharkhand were not separated. after separation the registered office came under Jharkhand but falling under Bihar ROC.
Now the Company wants to change its jurisdiction from Bihar ROC to Jharkhand ROC.
Kindly tell me the complete procedure for the same.

You have to approach the High court regarding shifting of Register office from one State to another or file a petition regarding the separation of state and your complications.
