12 April 2012 How long does it takes for approval of form 1A from the roc mca, once the form has been uploaded and fees of 1000 rs has been paid ?

If it is filed by professional then if name is available then approved with in date.

In other case it will take maximum three working days.

13 April 2012 If form 1A is signed by the applicant ,who is not a practicing professional, ROC will take up the uploaded file on FIFO basis meaning thereby approval depends on the work load of the ROC office.
For instance, I applied for a name (Pvt Ltd) in ROC Kerala, with the applicants DSC, on April 5,2012 and got the name approved on today morning ,ie April 13,2012.

The form 1A approval is the STP one. Thus if any practicing professional signed on the e-Form 1a, then no time the form gets approved immediately after uploaded and payment of Rs.1000 and the certificate also appeared on the Transaction Status. If the Form 1A has signed only by the applicant then it will take some times depending upon the availability and the clarification to the ROC for the name selection.
