I have a query. A foreign Company has opened a Project Office here in Delhi, India. Certficate of Establishment of business has been aviled from ROC by filing form 44.
I want to know what shall be the audit process for this project office?
Will the parent foreign company by way of resolution appoint some auditors here in India?
Also, is there any deadline as to before which the Project office should have its audit done?
If the parent foreign company follows the calendar year as its financial year then will the Project office accounts will also be made as per their FY ?

Request you to please kindly help me with this query.

for change in registered office of a pvt ltd co, after filing form no. 18 what is the further procedure ? How will I come to know that registered office has been changed ?
and after change do I need to submit physical copy of MOU to ROC ? Do I need to retain the old MOU ? How to present a new MOU?

What is the actual procedure of submitting the Audit Report to the Shareholders ie. when is it to be submitted??

Dear Sir,

We have increase the share capital of our company, since we dont have account in the nationalised bank and online account, we have generated the challan and pay order taken and deposited into ICICI Bank.

in the challan mentioend only two days time, we have deposited and got accknowlede on the first day itself, but the pay order passed only on 3rd day.

shall we increase the share capital immediately or we have to wait the approval of the ROC before raise the share capital. we are a MNC private limited company.
