Alteration of object clause of pvt ltd co

07 May 2012 Pvt Ltd Co. wants to alter an object clause, for that I want to know some of the things as follows.

Altered MOA needs to b attached with form No.23, in that altered MOA whether the subscription page is required to b submited? and if Yes then should we need to change the date as current date ?

If you are filing Form-23 it should attached following documents:

1. Resolution along with explanatory statement
2. Altered MOA

In case of MOA for change in object clause, you will only change that page of or space of object clause of MOA and no other page should be change, the altered page shuld be signed by authorised person.



In short, no need to change subscription page of MOA it will be attaches same.
