If a company having PUSC of Rs. 1.5 cr and Turnover of Rs. 18 cr. then CARO 2020 is applicable or not ?

Kyc form ISR -1 for shares held in physical form.

one person holds securities in physical form; he received one kyc form i.e. form ISR -1 from company. In that form; one requirement is to give demat account no. That person does not have demat account no. Is it mandatorily required to give demat account no. ?????

Can private limited company accept loan from outsiders?

There is a proprietorship converting to company, we know that company can’t accept loans from outsiders(individuals)..what if previous proprietorship has taken loan from outsider?" what happens to that loans after conversion? how we have to treat them?

Employees provident fund updation error

my basic wages was shown at the time of UAN generation Rs 11400/-, from last 6 month my EPF joining date shown but EPS joining date Not Available.
When I am trying my missing data update through Employer's Portal then One error shown that " you are not eligible for pension scheme.
Please help me what should i do?

Director of a Company has applied for a loan and is giving the land owned by a Company, in which he is a Director, as collateral for the loan He and his wife are the Directors of the Company. Is this allowed, kindly clarify.
