In respect of shares which are proposed to be issued on a right basis, existing members would have a right to renounce shares likely allotted to them. If the existing shareholders renounce their shares then these shares will be allotted to the renounce first time therefore no transfer will take place. I cant understand this paragraph.

I AM A DIRECTOR WITH A COMPANY WITH 5% STAKE .. REST IS WITH 2 OTHERS .. LAST YEAR THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE THE COMPANY .. BUT SINCE THAN THEY BOTH ARE NOT COMMUNICATING .. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY COMPANY PROCESSES OR EVEN BANKING .. IT IS A GUJARAT BASED COMPANY AND I WAS PLACED IN BANGALORE .. FOR SURE THERE ARE NO TRANSACTIONS HAPPENING AS OF NOW WITHIN THE COMPANY
