Can Private company take unsecured loan from the other private company..? Both companies are not connected ya related each other in any manner i.e they don't have common director. etc.

ABC Private Limited has two Directors "A" and "B". "A" has now resigned from the Board. It is proposed to appoint "C" as additional director.

Can we have a board meeting wherein only "B" will attend for taking up the appointment of "C" and resignation of "A". Will this form a sufficient quorum. Is it mandatory for A top attend the meeting.

can private limited company have a share transfer committee for approval of share transfer and what kind of resolution is required for the same.

what is the format for board resolution for taking note of the approval of transfer of shares by share transfer committee.
