My question is what is the procedure and intimations, formalities required if a public company becomes a 100% subsidiary of a private company? how should private company effect the transfer?? what are the intimations and procedure for private company?

18 March 2010 here when pub co becomes subsidiary of Private co Such Private Co has to follow the provisions of public Co in other words it will be deemed to be public co

as regards affecting transfer for becoming 100% sub Section 187C & its procedure is to be followed in which intimation goes to ROC

private co post to public co becoming subsidiary will be treated as public co and further it has to folow all the procedures as are applicable to public company
trasfer procedure is to be followed and 187C
