i am facing a problem in signing the document.
i am using the correct pdf version. check form and prescrutiny errors are succesful..

but wen i try sign...it shows the error - "signature needs validation''

upon uploading the same - i get the error '' the CA of the certificate that your are using is not trusted. pls use a certificate issued by a trusted CA''

A PUBLIC co. (not listed) wants to issue bonus shares. Which type of resolution is to be passed i.e. ORDINARY or SPECIAL?
Also whether Form 23 is to filed in this regard or not?

My query is that Holding company is engaged in organizing events related to retail and fashion industry having paid capital > Rs. 1 cr and subsidiary company wants to participate in the events organised by holding company. The company has common director.

Will sec 297 would attract even if the holding company charged the amount which is charged to other participants?

If a Public limited company has three Directors in Audit committee and one is MD.
if, For the current year two of the Independent directors in the audit committee resigns. now what is the consequence if both of them resigns.
is there any necessary to appoint two directors for the Unlisted company. if yes with in how many days.
is there any change if the company is a public listed company.

while incorporating a company if there is a foreign shareholder who is also amongst first subscribers to MOA but is not acting as a director .In this case is there any special documents or information is required for filing Form 1A, Form 1,Form 32 and Form 18.This is urgent.Also whether any special para is required in MOA & AOA in this regard????
