19 May 2012 Can a person employed by the Holding Company be appointed as Company Secy. of its Subsidiary Company/Associated Company,while remaining on the rolls of the Holding Company?

No, a whole time employee of holding company can not appoint as company secretary of a subsidiary company, because he can not give full time with both company.
