Pls tell while filing e-form 2 for LLP incorporation there is one attachment named "proof of address of registered office"which is required to be attached with this form.....

my query is what is required to be given as address proof for the same as the proof of Registered Office Address of LLP will not be available since it is still under formation and nothing is mentioned in instruction kit also for the same..

within how much time LLP is required to have a registered office. and whether it will be at a separate place or residence of any of the partners can also be used as a registered office.

pls reply ASAP....... regarding this and the address proof of which place is required to be attached ?

can a executive director(other then MD/WTD) get monthly remuneration from two or more than two company.

A Private Limited Company is incorporated on 19.01.2010 and the Income Tax Return of the company is also filed for both the Years i.e. year ended on 31.03.2010 and 31.03.2011.
My Query is related to Annual fillings with ROC and Statutory Audit Report. Can I file annual return of the company for the period from 19.01.2010 to 31.03.2011 ( 1 Year 72 Days) or I have to file annual return for two financial years separately (i.e. 31.03.10 & 31.03.11). And if I select the first option (i.e. 1 year 72 Days), shall I prepare the Statutory audit report for that whole period.

i have file the form 1A , IF I WANT THE current status work on it,how could i know, can i know through roc site?

While registering a private company, the registration fee has been paid by its sister concern( a partnership firm) by way of cash. Whether it amounts to a loan to a private comapny? whether loans can be given in cash?

Pls tell me the procedure of registering a company's name trademark and from where i can apply for the same and the documents required thereon...

What could be done to rectify the error in MOA and AOA filed at the time of incorporation? Actually, at the time of filing form 1 for registration of company, by mistake the subscription sheet of the MOA and AOA got interchanged and the same was approved without it being noticed by ROC. What can be done to rectify the MOA and AOA.

How shall the quorum of general meeting for a private limited wholly owned subsidiary company be obtained?

All the shares except one of the company is held by a foreign company. one share is held by an Indian as nominee shareholder of that Foreign Company. Can that one person alone form the quorum for the EGM? Pl. advise its urgent!
