I am working in a private limited company and just wanted to know whether company is liable to have audit committee? And if yes then what are the acts and regulations would apply on it?

i.e. whether SEC would apply or what else?

I have made appointment of Cost auditor on 1st nov 2012 then what will be the fee of filling the form 23 C and what are its conciquences...

hii friends can anyone guide me regarding the payment or any remuneration to non executive director of the company?

The company was incorporated in Feb 2012 and had made only incorporation activities and some raw material purchase transactions however no revenue generated by the company.

Now whether we require to make audit report for the FY 2011-12 and file documents with ROC.

OR whether we can made financial statements for the period Feb 12 to March 13.

IF A COMPANY TRANSFERS SHARES, NOT AUTHORISED BY ITS ARTICLES, FILES IT WITH MCA IN ANNUAL RETURN, PAYS DIVIDEND, UPDATES REGISTERS AND AFTER A YEAR WANTS TO CANEL THE ABOVE TRANSFER?

1.WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR SUCH CANCELLATION?
2. SHOULD THE COMPANY FILE FORM 20B AGAIN AFTER CANCELLATION?
