I like to know that service tax added by the travel agent @.25% and @.50% in the invoices by the air travel agent,as our company is a Event management Company,can the company paying full bill can take the input credit of service tax.

sir whether a manufacturing company avail cenvat of freight outward if its bear by them.

In case of Telephone service tax cenvat credit is it necessary to have telephone connection address as address registered in service tax. Our partner has taken cell connection on residence address. wheater service tax paid on the same mobile bill is allowed in Service tax or not ?
