06 August 2010 A FROEIGN CO. IS SAILING MATERIAL TO INDIAN CO. WE ARE DOING LIASIONING WORK ON BEHALF OF FROEIGN CO.. WE ISSUE BIL FOR BAS (SEC.zzb) TO THEM, THEY SEND US CONSIDERATION IN USD.

IS THIS FULLFILL THE BASIC RULE NO. 3 (a)FOR EXPORT OF SERVICE?
