Is it permitted to a CA to do private tutorship along with full time COP i.e. a practicing CA is entitled to perform any attest function along with private tutorship?

If yes than what is the procedure to obtain permission for private tutorship with full time COP?

Dear Members

I am here seeking some expert advise on my current situation.
My former CA happened to be highly unprofessional and has left both me and my company in very bad shape.

Ex: I had made TDS remittance to the govt however he forgot to file it and I have a notice of 32,000 INR now from the govt.
He mislead me and my partners in terms of personal tax filing and that has lead to a loss of over 80,000 INR.

I am contemplating filing a case against this CA.

Now I want you advise.
Should I file a complaint against this CA? Is it effective? Is there anyone who can help me do it and ensure he is penalised for his unprofessionalism?

can we see any trading company detail on MCA21 site as like we can check any company detail on ROC if we can then how because i tried to find the detail of trading company namely vikas trading company ,dharma Trading Company, but i didnot find detail of any one of them if we can find the detail of trading company then please guide me for the same.

sir, I am planning to sell a plot within 7 days which was purchased in 1987 at Rs. 34000/- . sale consideration now is around 7 lacs. some small repairs has been done of around Rs. 5000 in 2001. my queries are- 1. how much will be tax liability and how to save it. I have no plan to construct or purchase a new residential house.pls suggest some other ways. and 2. is it necessary to show this as capital gain in current year or we can show after claiming exemption in next year. any extra advice will be welcomed. thanks
