Pls tell How can one search the Vat Return status and Vat paid status online

As in Haryana, Vat return is filled manually not online then How can an assessee search his VAt status

Can anybody please tell me mentioning the relevant provison by what time a dully filled "C" form is to be issued to buyer. As of now Rule 12 requires that all transaction for a quarter is to be covered in a single "C" form to a party now my question is when to issue the filled "C" form?

I wnat to know what is the periodicity for obtainig c form and also the periodicity of returns

Just wanted to know whether they will be covered under VAT and do we require have registration under VAT.

A prop. firm has filed quarterly vat reurn for the ist quarter for NIl as there is no sale or purchase transaction.

Pls tell can he filled after that half yearly or yearly vat return only as he is estimating his turnover for less than 2 lacs for the entire year

ours's a mfg company we paid VAT from 213 for revised return but what the mistake is we have already paid this amount unfortunately we issued another cheque for that amout to the dept CAN WE STOP THAT PAYMENT AGAINST ISSUE its urgent suggest me sir.
