my query is that i m selling goods to New Delhi party from Mumbai and generate invoice on the address of New Delhi. new Delhi party's send there own vehicle to my business place and i m dispatched goods that way so it's a hand delivery and i m charging vat it is correct or not.

if i charged c.s.t then what supporting should i produced to department because it is a hand delivery
and for o.m.s transaction supporting document like lorry receipt, courier receipt mandatory to produced.

I want to know weather Entry Tax is applicable in Gujarat for ant material brought in Gujarat from other state?.If any applicable then what are the items on which it is applicable?Also know the rate for the same.

1) Where can I download the latest Form 704? I can find one at http://mahavat.gov.in/Mahavat/GetDataAction?option=Electronic%20Forms but want to confirm whether I can use the same for FY 2011-12 also.



2) Is it mandatory to first get accounts audited under Income Tax Act(Sec 44AB) and only then file VAT audit report? Or can vice-versa also be done? I don't so because in VAT audit report we've got to mention the date of Income Tax Audit also...

now i started making tax free sale, my question is that can i make tax free sale in same invoice book or i have to get print other invoice book
and also tell if i get other slave invoice book then it will have other serial no. or different serial no. from present taxable sale book

Hi, I am a registered Dealer in Mumbai, What i need to know is that can I get registered for VAT in another state by opening an office there but doing the paper work sitting in Mumbai??? Say for Eg. Im in Mumbai... and i have a business opportunity for procuring products from Gujarat and supplying it to MP or Rajesthan... But since I already have a business in Bombay I have to be here... so can i take VAT number in Gujarat and do all the formality of filing the return and payment of VAT etc sitting in Bombay???
