Any one please help me.we submitted return on line with in due date.But Payment is not done. we paid Cst tax Payble amount after two months.My Query is what is the interest Rate & Any panality is there?

Kindly Provide this against Notification.

03 May 2012 You have to pay 1.25 % p.m interest . and no penalty , as penalty is for Late Filing of Return

12 May 2012 But sir we received notice from CTO,the notice is pay the penalty of 10% on Payable.

Kindly help me how to wave of the this penalty amount.
