Pls can anybody tell me the exact scope of CA(Final)New syllabus for PAPER 4 Corporate & Allied Laws.This is bcoz in the syllabus issued by the institute it is given
1.The Companies Act ,Rules & Regulations thereunder in its "entirety" ........
but the study material starts discussing from Sec 209 onwards i.e. as per Old syllabus.So Pls guide me whether we are expected to cover the entire Act in our preparation or not

274(1)(g) Is it applicable to Private company. Doubt is beacause condition is

(a) the default is done by a public company and

(b)proposed appoinment is in a public company.

i just wanna to know whether an internal auditor of a company can be a signing authority in respect of various returns & documents of the company in which he is internal auditor.
in fact i have been appointed as an internal auditor of a Ltd co. but as per the terms of offer the company want me to sign all the returns and records related to the company. is it possible????

If A,B,C are partners in firm ABC & CO.
Can C be the sub-partner of A in the same firm ABC & Co.
If yes,then what would be the nature of income to C from Sub-partnership?
If No,reasons for the same !
